  • Shipping - What are the shipping time estimates?
    Shipping Estimates Are as Follows for Physical Goods & Products: For Clothing, Acessories, Canvas Prints, etc.: these items, please anticipate delivery within 7-14 days during normal ordering periods and non-holiday seasons. Incense Cones, Incense Sprays, or Handmade Jewelry: expect delivery to be with 3-7 days. Please note that I am not responsible for postal service or courier delays, including those due to staffing shortages. For any shipping delays, please contact your local courier directly. Additionally, customers are solely responsible for any customs fees. Electronic Goods & Services: For items or illustration services, expect a processing time between 1-3 weeks. Once completed, expect them to be delivered via email, WeTransfer, or Google Drive ASAP. Time estimates are approximate based on workload.
  • Processing Times - What Are the Processing Times for All Products and Services?
    Electronic Services (Branding, Illustration, etc.): Processing times for these services are dependent on order volume. Should there be a high volume, I'll inform you during our initial consultation. Otherwise, please allow 1-3 weeks for project completion. Physical Goods: Apparel, Accessories, Canvas Prints: Expect a processing time of 3-5 days. Handmade Goods (Jewelry, Incense Sprays): These items typically require 1-2 days for processing. Incense Cones: If stock is low, please allow approximately 2 weeks for drying time. Please Note: During holiday seasons or periods with an influx of cold, flu, and COVID-19 cases, please allow an additional 7 days for all processing times.
  • Refunds - Are Refunds Available?
    Refund Policy Refunds may be available depending on the circumstances. For Products Refunds ARE Available If: Your item was damaged in transit. Please provide photos of both the package and the product. Send photos through forum, website chat, OR email to Emellianaleto@gmail.com. There were printing or fabric errors. Please provide photos of the problematic areas. Send photos through forum, website chat, OR email to Emellianaleto@gmail.com. The wrong item or size was sent to you. Refunds ARE NOT Available If: You change your mind about the purchase. You don't like the designs, as exact product images are provided before purchase. For Psychic Services Please note: There are NO REFUNDS for psychic services. My services involve significant time for preparation, correspondence, and thorough investigation of your situation. Results may also take time to manifest; therefore, following any cleansing recommendations and allowing time is crucial. If the initial results aren't to your liking, I'm happy to continue working with you to see if anything was missed, though sometimes there's genuinely nothing more I can do. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel our meeting, please provide 48 hours' notice for a full refund or to reschedule. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or are a no-call/no-show, you will not be refunded. I reserve the right to stop a session if there is any disrespectful behavior. In such cases, I will not continue the session, offer further assistance, or provide a refund.
  • Product/Service Replacement and/or Exchanges - Can I Swap or Change Products or Services?
    You can swap or change products/services only if an error was my fault. If you received the wrong size, design, product, or service (illustrations), I'll gladly correct that for you. For electronic services such as readings, we can make alterations during the consultation process. CHANGING YOUR READING TYPE You can switch the type of reading you've booked, even at the last minute, as long as the value of the new reading is equal to or less than your original purchase. If the new reading is significantly less, you'll have the option to customize it to your preferences.
  • When Will The "Spiritual Defenses: THE Haunted Oracle Deck" Be Available?
    The Spiritual Defenses: The Haunted Oracle Deck & Guidebook is currently in production at the printing company, awaiting printing and shipment. All updates regarding this product will be posted on its dedicated page. Rest assured, pre-orders haven't been forgotten! Once the decks ship to the US, all pre-order customers will be contacted to verify their shipping address, ensuring everyone receives their deck and guidebook.
